Live Event

We are able to keep our price point low by making sure that each spot on our tours is valued. By purchasing today, you are acknowledging that you understand this.
Gift Certificate / Credits
We look at gift certificates and credits interchangeably. So whether you use the credit yourself or give it to someone else it is the same thing.
As a commitment to you, your credit will NEVER expire. But the caveat is you can only receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. Sounds like a fair trade, right? You will still have 100% value of your purchase FOREVER. We just don't want someone calling us 8 years from now wanting a refund. Applying a credit to an event does not make the credit eligible for a refund if outside this window. If a credit is used to register for a live event and it is within the window to reschedule, the registration will be cancelled, but the credit will be left in tact. If a reschedule for a reservation is requested outside the window to do so, the reservation may be transferred to another person but may not be rescheduled or refunded.
